“Who am I?” and “What do I want?”
These two questions lie at the heart of our facilitator’s training program.. These two questions go to the core of our existence.
Our inability to answer clearly can demonstrate inner confusion because if we don’t know who we are, how can we possibly know what we want? Equally important, how do we then get what we really want?
This work – based on Trauma and Bonding research and clinical work – is about untangling these confusions first in ourselves and then (if we wish) to help untangle these confusions in others.
The remaining courses will continue throughout 2020. For more information, please
Due to the health concerns surrounding COVID-19, the recommendations of the CDC and actions taken by other local organizations we, at The Institute, have decided to temporarily move our weekly open workshops and training courses online.
Obviously working in person has many benefits, but it is important that we are able to adjust and continue to safely focus on Identity development personally and to work with others, which is why we are offering this approach.
Once we feel that the environment is again safe we will return to “in person” work. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call the office at 323-879-9759.
